Hey everyone,
I’ve recently become interested in energy healing and am seriously considering taking the next step with reiki training. I’ve done a bit of reading, but there seem to be so many options out there—online, in-person, various levels, different lineages.
It’s a bit overwhelming, and I want to make sure I’m choosing the right path and teacher. For those of you who’ve gone through it, what should I be looking for in a good course? Any red flags to avoid or must-haves you’d recommend?
