I’ve been helping a small nonprofit that’s still running everything on spreadsheets and email threads, and it’s getting messy. Started looking into what purpose-built tools actually look like and found this nonprofit development solution that broke down the options pretty clearly. Makes me think the gap between what they have and what’s possible is bigger than I realized. Has anyone helped an org like this make that switch?

We use a telemedicine platform that was designed to directly retrieve patient records from several electronic medical record (EMR) systems used by our partner clinics. The problem was that each clinic used EHRs from different vendors, and expecting them to migrate to other systems was unrealistic. I found WTT Solutions, which developed an EHR system integration. Now our doctors can see the complete patient record, regardless of the system used by the referring clinic.
