While continuing my research, I have been looking at how platform Simply Contact team can potentially connect different layers of customer communication into one unified workflow, as I compare it with other outsourcing models available on the market. I used to focus mainly on cost efficiency, but now I understand that operational flexibility and automation matter just as much.
