A checkout test showed me why changing IPs mid-session can be inconvenient. The site kept my cart, but some location-based settings reset after the connection changed, so the final page no longer matched the earlier steps. That made sticky sessions much easier to understand. Are they mainly useful for forms and shopping flows, or do they also help with ordinary localized browsing?
Why are sticky sessions important when a website expects users to keep the same Italian IP? |
