Grease buildup after years of cooking

My kitchen sink has been draining slower every month, and I cook a lot so grease buildup is probably the culprit. Looked into hydro jetting but prices online vary wildly. Anyone in AZ dealt with this specifically? What’s a realistic number to budget for?

Cooked professionally for years and dealt with this constantly. Grease is sneaky because it builds gradually and then one day the sink just gives up entirely. In Arizona I’ve seen quotes range from $200 for a simple kitchen line to around $450 if the buildup runs deep into the main. Honestly the variation online is because every job is different. Found this page pretty useful for understanding what actually drives the price: clean out drain vs hydro jetting which is better . Breaks it down without being too technical. One thing worth knowing: grease clogs usually respond really well to hydro jetting specifically, better than snaking, because the pressure actually flushes the walls of the pipe clean rather than just poking a hole through the buildup.
